On the afternoon of September 30, 2019, the First Landing Education China office welcomed a distinguished guest: Mr. Sun Wei, Chairman of the Cambridge Chinese Community Center in the UK. During his celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, President Sun Wei made a special trip to the FLE China office to hear the business report of FLE founder and CEO Sabrina WU, deputy general manager Victor WANG and project director Sophie GUAN. Sabrina WU reported on the development of FLE's four major project sectors in the short-term non-degree program (adults and students), internationalization one-stop solution for higher education, STEM training program and international platform for event activities, and the next development plan.

Chairman Sun Wei proposed that FLE originated from Cambridge and should also be based in Cambridge to dig deeper into Cambridge's more high-quality educational and scientific resources, and make more contributions to the Sino-British international education exchange and the cultivation of young elites.

Chairman Sun Wei expressed his affirmation of the development of FLE and gave more encouragement and suggestions for future development. At the same time, Chairman Sun Wei also affirmed FLE's contribution to the past of the Cambridge Chinese Community Center.
